By registering, listing a business, or using the NammahSpot website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Business Listings & Accuracy

Business owners represent that all submitted contact details, address, opening timings, and photos are accurate and belong to the legitimate business owner or authorized representative. Fraudulent listings will be suspended immediately.

3. Referral Program Rules

Referral incentives are awarded upon genuine business qualification as verified by the NammahSpot administrative team. Self-referrals, automated script registrations, and fabricated merchant accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in wallet forfeiture.

4. Customer Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand consumer experiences. Defamatory, obscene, or paid fake negative reviews are subject to immediate removal under our content moderation policy.

5. Wallet & Payouts

Withdrawals require reaching the minimum threshold configured on the platform (₹500). Payouts are manually audited and disbursed via UPI or Bank IMPS/NEFT within 24-48 business hours.
